Cid’s kitchen creates delicious prepared food using high quality ingredients.
We use organic oils and organic fruits and vegetables in all our products. Additionally, we work to use non-gmo certified ingredients in our products. Finally, we start with some great ingredients to make our foods, such as Sage Bakehouse bread, Mary’s Free Range Chicken, Applegate Farms deli meat, and Meyer Natural Angus.
Our prepared foods include a variety of burritos, including breakfast burritos in plain (egg, cheese, potatoes and green chile), bacon, chorizo, or vegan (tofu, potatoes, green chile). For lunch, we have more burrito options including calabacitas, red chile chicken, and red chile beef.
We also offer a large variety of sandwiches made fresh daily including gluten-free options and vegetarian sandwiches. In addition, you can find hummus, a selection of pestos, and other dips that make tasty, and easy, appetizers. At the meat counter, you can find roasted chickens, tender brisket sliced to order, and barbeque ribs. For your dessert needs, we carry pies and cakes from local bakeries
In addition to our soup and salad bar, we have freshly prepared salads including a garden salad, a greek salad, a chef’s salad, and chicken caesar salad. We also offer a huge selection of deli salads including: chicken madras, spicy chicken salad, traditional chicken salad, black bean salad, tuna salad, quinoa salads, potato salads, pasta salads, tofu salad, and noodle salads.
Cid’s Kitchen can also do catered food – so for a party, a special event, or any occasion, let us do the cooking. We can prepare anything from party trays, sandwiches, and salads, to a variety of main courses like our delicious enchiladas.
